Keto Jalapeno Popper Chicken
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/3 c. diced onion
3 jalapenos, seeded & minced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dash garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese
Brown cubed chicken with onion and jalapenos. Add bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add cheeses and combine well.
Yield: 3 servings.
