Greek Tuna Salad
1 c. Smart Taste Rotini
1 pouch Mediterranean Tuna
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
1/3 c. crumbled feta
1/2 c. diced tomato
1/3 c. sliced celery
10 Greek olives, sliced
Cook rotini in boiling water. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine tuna, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, Feta, and celery. Rinse cooked pasta in cold water and add to bowl.
Yield: 3 servings.
