Chili Dressing
Zest of medium orange
1/4 c. lime juice
3 TB diced green chilies
1 TB extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Could blend in a mini food processor.
Yield: 2 servings.
