Enchilada Skillet
2 c. diced cooked chicken breast
10 oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies
9 oz medium Enchilada sauce
1 c. rotini pasta, Smart Taste
4 oz light cream cheese
1 c. water
Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Bring to a boil and cover until pasta is tender; stir occasionally.
