Good for a potluck!
1 ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp taco seasoning
salt to taste
10 oz enchilada sauce
3 green onions, chopped
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; put in 2 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning. Pour enchilada sauce in and top with green onions. Cook on high 2 to 3 hours.
