PB Bars

These were delicious!

PB Bars
1/3 c. + 1 tsp reduced fat Bisquick
2 TB Splenda with fiber
1 TB packed brown sugar
2 TB light margarine
1 TB egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350*. Spray small loaf pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour into prepared pan. Place in oven and bake 13-20 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings. Per serving=174 Calories; 10g Fat (50.7% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 265mg Sodium
