Tuna Salad w/Granny

2 1/2 ounces albacore
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip® light, chopped
1 cup Granny Smith apple, diced
1 whole egg white, boiled
salt & pepper
Combine tuna, Miracle Whip and apple. Boil one egg; discard yolk and dice white–add to mixture. Add salt and pepper.
Yield: 1 serving= 207 Calories; 6g Fat (25.3% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 15g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 34mg Cholesterol; 431mg Sodium.
