Slow Cooker Zucchini Bread

I was surprised at how easy and tasty this was.

Slow Cooker Zucchini Bread
dash salt
1 c. reduced fat Bisquick

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ c. Splenda

¼ c. packed brown sugar
1 egg white
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cups zucchini, shredded

1/2 cup sugar free applesauce

Combine salt, Bisquick, cinnamon, Splenda and brown sugar. Add egg white, vanilla, zucchini and applesauce.
Spray 2 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add batter and cook on high 2-3 hours.

Yield: 4 servings. Per serving= 194 Calories; 2g Fat (8.2% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 46g Carbohydrate; 8g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 466mg Sodium.  Exchanges: 1 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 1/2 Fat; 1 Other Carbohydrates.
