Turkey Sausage Patties
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons sage
1 teaspoon fennel seed
dash garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, reduced fat
Combine all ingredients and roll into 12 balls. Flatten balls into patties and cook in skillet on medium heat. Brown each side.
